The world's tallest man, Sultan Kosen from Turkey, and the world's smallest woman, Jyoti Amge from India, were invited to the site of the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt on Friday.

EFCC reacts to the story of the money-swallowing snake at the JAMB office According to a post made of EFCC’s twitter page, they claim there is no hiding place for a money-swallowing snake. Elections: Don’t vote for politicians above 60 years – Catholic Bishop Most Revd Paulinus Ezeokafor, the Catholic Bishop of Awka Diocese, Anambra State in his statement which described politicians above 60 as “burden on the growth and development of the country”, advised Nigerians not to vote of politicians above 60. The Catholic Bishop who wondered why Politicians that old would still be contesting in elections, said they ought to have quit active politics at such an age. “I can’t understand why retirees would want to seek political offices. Such people are a burden to growth. “I urge Nigerians to stop electing such people. 2019 is crucial in our history. We should vote wisely; we should avoid voting for retirees” he said. Police arrest man, woman for hijacking N2.7m beer in Ogun Member of the robbery gang, Saheed Omotosho, and the receiver of the stolen beer, Mrs. Adijat Azeez, were arrested Two suspects have been arrested by the Ogun State Police Command, following the hijacking of a truck-load of lager beer worth N2,714,000, on the highway. It was gathered that the the truck-load of beer coming from Ilesa and headed towards Iragbiji in Osun, which eventually got stolen by gun-wielding robbers,was recovered at Ode-Remo in Ogun State. The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Abimbola Oyeyemi, in his statement, disclosed that a member of the robbery gang, Saheed Omotosho, and the receiver of the stolen beer, Mrs. Adijat Azeez, were arrested.
